That sign obviously translates into: Caution!! Overweight, Afro-ed, Clown-pantsed Cyclists: Take your mittened hands off the handlebars right this second! Right? That's what the Driver's Education booklet has got to read.

Well it does look suspicious *giggle* But I think it's supposed to be a person on a motor cycle, seen from behind. Where was this? *giggle* They should reconcider the company they hire for designs...
I think you're right. I'm just not sure exactly why it's on an orange construction sign. Probably because they'd disrupted the pavement enough to be dangerous for motorcycles? The pic was taken in Canada.
