apple pie in a glass!

Okay, this recipe is seriously unbelievable. It really does taste like blenderized pie. Good pie.

3/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
1/4 cup soy milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup (or sugar)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of ground cinnamon
pinch of ground nutmeg

Blend and serve. Or, just add ingredients to a glass and stir until well mixed. Nice over ice. From Moosewood Restaurant New Classics.
