Green Means Go - the literal version

OH MY GOD.

Artificial leaf could be more efficient than the real thing.

Small, green, efficiently converts solar power to electricity. One of them could power your house.

Anyone who read that story and said, "Wow, I wish the cube existed," there you are.

My mind is blown. :D

I am so excited this exists!

Now we just have to hope that saving the world means more than the vested interests of the oil and automotive industries....

Indeed. *sigh*

It'll happen, though, because oil isn't going to last forever; it may already be on the downturn.

I am SO excited that this exists! Obviously solar power's been a research topic, as well as a sci-fi one (Heinlein had the Shipstone, etc.), but I had no idea they were close.

Hahaha! LJ messaging will not work for me (I don't know why! I think it has to do with Google Chrome, but it could just be my netbook) and I've been trying to talk to you for DAYS!

Guess what my neighbor brought over the other day??? Jonah's Jayne hat! She'd had it for over a week but wasn't home to give it to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH! He looks adorable! And we loved the Maritime ABC book, too! You'll be getting something appropriately southwestern in return (although, sadly, not hand crafted.) And I love the giant pom-pom! The hat's big enough for him to wear all next year, too! Thank again, so very much!

Heee, I was afraid I overdid it with the pompom! *g* My son's hat has a slightly over-sized one too, though, and I did find it cute. (If it's too much, you can always pull some strands out, of course...)

You are very welcome; it was fun to knit! I'm glad to hear the sizing works; I used my boys as models and figured it should give him a couple of years of wear.
