Thank you again, for everything. :) Sorry it took me a while to come back to this post, and answer comments. I'm delighted that the resetting in Victorian England and inclusion of vampires worked. Part of the whole vampire mythos is that the victims are not always unwilling, nor is death always painful... I felt that so much would have to do with her perception of Spike and resultant lack of fear.
