electricalgwenI've been away from home for a couple of weeks with patchy Internet access, particularly for LJ stuff. Nice to be home again, catching up on what everyone's been doing and writing! There were some nice new fic surprises on my flist, and also... some awards!

savoytruffle and reremouse win "Best Slash Author" over at the White Knight Awards. Because, damn. Well-deserved and overdue. Congratulations too to entrenous88 for Best Overall Author! Yowza! :D
At the White Knight Awards, I was gifted with a couple of Runner-Up awards:
which I will really treasure.
Over at the Fang Fetish Awards, Resurgens won Best Short in the Xander's Corner category:
which I found somewhat surprising, since it's almost entirely Spike-centric, but I believe that awards site moves stories around so it may not have been nominated in that category originally.
And I've been nominated at a couple more places too!
Aftermath is up for Best of Rare Pairings, and Hero is nominated for Best Light-Hearted in the "Vampiric Non-Spuffy" category.
Aftermath is also nominated at the Shades of Grey awards, in the Best Slash category.
And over at Harem of Spike, Wrong is nominated for Best Spike/Faith.
ETA: And thanks toapreludetoanend for pointing out that Aftermath is also nominated at the Wanton Folly Awards, round 1, for Best Short Story and Best Past/Future. I had no idea that Xander/Connor would prove so popular! *g*
And if all that isn't inducement enough to pull up my socks and get a-writing again, I've got at least three deadlines coming up in the next three weeks. So. Here we go. :)
