Um, WHY haven't I run across this story before? It was absolutely WONDERFUL! Not only in plot, but poignancy. I especially loved the last scene before the epilogue. It was absolutely perfect. Loved, loved, LOVED. Not only a great piece of fanfiction, but a great example of good writing in any genre. LOVE
