Really a very enjoyable romp with Dean being so very - Dean teasing the hell out of long suffering Sam. I sympathise with poor Sammy, foot injuries really do hurt far more than they ought to! Loved the vivid description of Dean's disorientation on his concussion too, very realistic sounding. :D
