(no subject)

Went to see Depeche Mode last night. It was a great show. I've liked them for, oh, in the vicinity of 20 years, so this was a real treat. I've never lived anywhere *near* somewhere they played before. Also never actually been to a real concert before! (Opera, classical, choral, sure. Oodles. Massive popular music concert? No. Was fun. Sadly, SO got sick and bowed out at the last minute.)
I take back (most of) the nasty things I said about insurance companies - mine ended up giving me more for the car than I thought it was worth!
Was away at another conference/course, beginning of the week, which is why I'm way behind on my flist. When your name and room location are personally identified to a highly secure firewall screening your web access? Not so much with the reading of the gay vampire porn. :P
