Look, I have a new icon! With my name on it!! And... Spander!!!

And, I have extra icon space to put it and many other pretties in! Because apreludetoanend has gifted me not only with a wonderful, personalized icon, but also paid LJ time.

Also, she does super beta work, and has done me the honour of letting me pre-read her amazing fic. Not that I usually have much to say except "Wow, cool!" and "Oh, yeah!", but it's still fun.

I really don't deserve her, but I offer my gratitude and promise to return her fics sooner in future and will write her ANY pairing/scenario she wishes, in humble thanks. And pimp her like mad. She is well worth friending and/or following, for highly thoughtful and poetic writing, and very yummy graphics (check out her current LJ banner, and her icon journal slightlyiconic, not to mention today's offering of Spander wallpaper.)

I have an icon. I feel like I've... arrived, or something. Which may be silly, but still. How I feel. I hereby do the dance of joy! :D

OMG! I get Gwen fic! YAY!!! And I shall now contain my enthusiasm until your deadlines have passed.

Also, you made me sound so cool! How'd you do that? 'Cause I know me, and I'm not that cool. Hee! Seriously, you are deserving of lots and lots of personalized icons, which I hope to deliver very soon. The least I can do. Thanks for everything.
