The twelve days of Christmas have come and gone (minus any waterfowl, for me at least), and the Feast of the Magi is here again. Which means?

It's also my LJ birthday. Two years old today! :)

The past year's seen some big changes in RL, and there are more on the horizon. My time and interactions on LJ have changed, too. I'm reading more selectively, and, sadly, often a lot later than I'd like (uh, reremouse and cordelianne, I'll get there eventually!) - though on the plus side, I do enjoy anticipation. *g*

A brief scan through the past year was surprising. For one thing, it appears I wrote more non-Spander than I did Spander (wtf??), but it also appears I wrote more than I'd been thinking I had (though less than I'd like). Some of it I didn't even remember! Well, I mean, I recognized it when I saw it, but I'd totally forgotten its existence until then. I even wrote drabbles in a couple of different fandoms.

Happy Birthday! :) two years already, wow, that's awesome!

and look at you! you were seriously productive this year! it's funny, because i'm a little greedy about your writing, so it didn't feel like nearly enough, but really, you were no slouch. Thank you for putting this list together, it reminds me of some of my favorite work by you. I think i'll have to go back and reread some of these. (not least of all, the spangel fanku that you made. for me. *G*)

I made the list using my "fic" tag - thereby completely overlooking our round-robin fic! Duh. That was one of my favourite projects this year! Are you interested in doing something together again this year?

oh! that's right, i forgot about the round robin as well! um. i dunno if i'd be up for that again. i'm not sure i can get my finger onto the s/x pulse anymore... are you open to doing something like that again? i mean, i wouldn't rule it out entirely...

eee! i'm so flattered that you remember the events in steps! haha, um. you know, i'd given up on it, mostly because it's so terrible. but upon getting this comment, i looked at a couple of the chapters, and i'm thinking maybe it could be salvaged. i don't know? it would be great to finish it, but there are so many flaws in it. but yeah, i'm all chuffed that you asked! *g* thank you. i'll give it some thought?

Last year it seemed like everyone was posting year-in-review summaries on New Year's - I felt like I was late to the party - but I haven't seen any go by on my flist yet this year. Possibly I've just missed them. Thanks for the tip, I will check it out

Hey, look at all that! You did lots of good work last year. And even if your quantity's not where you want it, remember that quality counts and everything you've listed here is pretty much awesome.

I'm still hoping you'll write more House someday. Not that I actually read House, but I would if you wrote it... I was so impressed by that little piece you wrote!

The Christmas goodies included season 3 of House! We'll start watching it next week - perhaps that'll put me in the mood. ;)
