The title means 'pain is there.' It's a sort of play on words from an old phrase : 'Ubi caritas et amor, Deus ibi est' which means, 'Where charity and love are, there is God.' de_nugis who gave me the prompt is a Latin geek, so I figured it would work for her. :)
