I have spent the day so far having food poisoning. I'll spare you the details, but it's been pretty awful and I feel terrible. (Put it this way - it was bad enough that I've spent an entire day at home and only just considered checking my email and LJ! ;)

Anybody want to rec me something happy, amusing or fluffy? Spander fic, pictures of kittens in Christmas stockings, stories about stupid criminals... whatever you got.

Wow, no, I haven't read George! Thanks, looks like fun. I had seen The Birds... but totally forgotten about it, definitely a cheering-up read. And I expect to have much fun in future exploring that last one... *adds to bookmarks*

hm.. I'm pretty sure you're already reading it, but entrenous88's Cuddly Predators has both Spander and kittens...

Also, I don't know if this is your cup of tea, but it's pretty much the only S/X that's non-Gwen in my memories: btvslover82's Festival!verse is long, engrossing, and light. Well, a little light. It's human AU with teenage Xander. I should add more stuff to my memories.

-I haven't any fun fics as I only just posted the angsty Spander but there's at least one fun icon (or one icon I think is fun) at fall_for_sx
- virtualpersonal posted our relatively happy fic Christmas Mate, which is spangel but set in a spander universe ::nodnodnod::

OMg that's awful. I had food poisoning this summer, but only for a night, thankfully sicked everything back up TMI sorry, but I thought my end was in sight! Never want to feel like that again. Hope you feel 100% soon.
