I wanted to honour you properly with a nice long Xander fic but it is being slow - honestly, everything I write these days feels like pulling teeth - and so you get a very silly drabble instead. I said I would never write HP. Why am I writing HP? I blame you. Entirely. *g*

“The trouble is,” Ron said, peering into his empty tankard glumly, “that she reads books about everything.”
“Er, yes,” said Harry. “You knew that. She’s been doing it for years.”
“Yeah, but…” Ron waved to the barmaid. “I don’t mean things for work, or Hogwarts: A History. She reads – stuff – about…”
He looked around furtively and leaned into Harry’s shoulder, hair tickling Harry’s ear.
“…and then she expects me to do it. Like that.” he mumbled.
Harry blinked. He did not want to hear about Hermione’s fantasies. “You mean…”
Ron nodded mournfully. “And I’m rubbish at interior decorating spells.”
Oh! And have you seen the penguins? <3
